How to reply to Google reviews in India (without sounding like a bot)

Google Maps reviews are often the first trust signal for clinics, salons, and shops. A short, polite reply in the customer’s language builds goodwill — and shows future patients you actually read feedback.

Why replies matter in India

A simple reply formula

  1. Thank them by name if available.
  2. Mention one specific detail from their review (treatment, wait time, staff).
  3. Invite them back or offer a private path for concerns (phone / WhatsApp / front desk).
  4. Keep it under ~80–120 words. No medical claims.

Example: 5-star review

Review: “Dr. Sharma explained the cleaning clearly. Staff was friendly.”

EN reply: Thank you, [Name]! We’re glad the cleaning felt clear and that our team made you comfortable. You’re always welcome back at [Clinic], [City].

Example: critical review

Review: “Waited too long. Reception was rude.”

EN reply: We’re sorry your visit felt delayed and that reception didn’t meet our standard. Please message us on WhatsApp / call the clinic so we can make this right. — [Clinic]
